About Us
A family-run construction business with nearly two decades of experience and a genuine commitment to quality.
A Family Business Built on Quality
Bloor Construction has been delivering quality building work across Staffordshire and beyond since 2006.
We're a family-run business with a genuine commitment to doing things properly. From new builds and home extensions through to care home construction, SEND school projects and commercial refurbishments, we bring the same professionalism and attention to detail to every project we take on.
Over nearly two decades, we've built a reputation for work that's delivered to a consistently high standard - on time, on budget and exactly as agreed. That reputation, and the referrals it generates, is something we take real pride in.
From First Plans to Final Finish
We provide a complete end-to-end service, managing and coordinating every trade from the initial stages right through to handover.
As principal contractors, we take responsibility for the entire build process - so you have a single point of contact and a clear line of accountability throughout. We keep clients genuinely informed at every stage, not just when problems arise, and we work hard to minimise disruption wherever possible.
We also work with local colleges to support construction apprenticeships, helping to develop the next generation of skilled tradespeople in our community.
Recognised for Professional Standards
We're proud members of both the Federation of Master Builders and the Guild of Master Craftsmen, and we hold ourselves to the professional standards those memberships represent.
Federation of Master Builders
The FMB is the UK's largest trade association for small and medium-sized builders. Membership requires a rigorous vetting process and a commitment to professional standards and customer service.
Guild of Master Craftsmen
The Guild of Master Craftsmen promotes excellence in craftsmanship across the trades. Membership is a mark of quality and professionalism, recognised by clients seeking work carried out to the highest standard.
